BIG REWARD OFFERED.
BOMB EXPLOSION AT BRUSSELS. GERMANS SEEK PERPETRATOR. (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) LONDON. Oct. 9. The Independent Belgian' Agency says that the Germans offered a reward of £6OOO for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators of a bomb explosion in a. cinema, in Brussels, when one person was killed and several injured. The. explosion occurred during the showing of a film on the Russian, campaign to a Rexist and Flemish Nationalist audience.
