SITTING HELD AT ASHBURTON. RESULTS OF APPEALS DECIDED. The No. 10A Armed Forces Appeal Board sat at the Ashburton Courthouse to-day, to hear appeals for and by reservists against service with the forces). The board comprised Messrs K. Burnett’s Motors for John Donald Kenny, lorry driver, Ashburton, public interest and undue hardship.—Adjourned ~sine die, to he reviewed on Marsh 31, 1943. W. H. Swaine for Alfred Norman Swaine, farm hand, Chertsey, public interest—Adjourned sin# die, the reservist to join the Home Guard. J. M.
