CLEARING SINGAPORE.
BANGKOK RAILWAY RESTORED. (Rec. 9.15) NEW YORK, March 16. The Doniei News Agency, Tokio, reports that war debris lias been cleared off the streets of Singapore l and the railway to Bangkok restored. Theatres and other places of amusement are to lie reopened soon.
