ENEMY FORCED TO WITHDRAW. PATROLS AT SEVERAL POINTS. (Rec. 10.10.) LONDON, March. 4. A Middle East communique states: “On Monday night one of our columns successfully engaged the enemy south of Tmimi. Yesterday our artillery was particularly active and forced the withdrawal of enemy posts and patrols at several points.
