WORK RESUMING.
THE AUCKLAND ABATTOIR. SETTLEMENT OF THE DISPUTE. (P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Complying with the order of the Minister of National Service to return to work to-day, 60 employees of the City Abattoir rosumed-work this morning. The men held a meeting at 7.30, and delegates subsequently met the management, reporting bade to the men. Work was resumed at 8.25.
The manager stated later that the dispute had boon settled satisfactorily.
