MAINTENANCE CASE.
REMAND FOR TWO WEEKS. Tn the Ashburton Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Mr A. Morgan, .9.M., M. J. Parish (Mr V. W. Russell) was remanded for two weeks on charges of defaulting in maintenance payments for his wife and two children, the arrears to Sop tom her 3, 1941, totalling £l5O 12s. Bail was allowed in two sureties, his own of £25 and one other for a similar amount.
