EMERGENCY PRECAUTIONS. POSTER GIVING DETAILS. (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Some uncertainty exists among the general public as to the procedure to be adopted in connection w T ith the compulsory enrolment of men in the Eimorgenev Precaution Scheme. The Government has issued a poster which, has been forwarded to the different E.P.S. organisations throughout the Dominion, for dissemination m their own districts, containing full details for actual enrolment.
The obligations of men under the scheme are also outlined, together with the course to be followed in the allocation of duties.
