Advertisements under the headings of Situations Vacant and Wanted, For Sale, To Let, Wanted, Lost and Found, Farm Machinery, Cars and Motor Cycles:— One Shilling Extra for Booking. ANNOUNCEMENTS. Birth, Marriage and Death Notices — 3/- per insertion. Funeral Notices—4/~ per insertion. In Memoriam Notices—3/- per insertion; if verses added, 6d each line. Bereavement Notices —3/- per insertion. Engagement Notices—s/- per insertion. (In order to guard against imposition, all such Announcements must be authenticated to ensure their insertion). CASUAL ADVERTISING. Amusements,' Meetings, Public Notices, Auction Sales, Tenders, etc., 5/- per inch. IMPORTANT TO ADVERTISERS. ADVERTISERS are asked to have their Notices in this Office as early as possible each morning. The insertion of those arriving later than 1.30 PM (except Death and Funeral cannot be guaranteed that day. DEATH and FUNERAL NOTICES will be inserted the same day if received not later than 2 p.m. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS. Advertisers in the Country can remit payment by Money Order or Postage Stamps. While every care is exercised in regard to the insertion and classification of advertisements, the Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for errors or non-insertion through accident or from other causes, and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objeectionable, even though such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business.

CONTRACT ADVERTISEMENTS, ALTERATIONS of CONTRACT Advertisements must be lodge not later than 3 p*. on the day PRECEDING that on which the first insertion is required. SUBSCRIPTION RATES.
