VETERAN’S UNUSUAL WILL. LONDON, December 15. A well-known Southampton veteran. Mr William Burrough Hill, aged 96, looked back on his long life and wrote his will. “Be natural and of good cheer that I have been spared so long,” he exhorted relatives and friends. “Cherish my memory, remembering only the little good that 1 may have done, and blotting out, all f may have done wrong.” There were, lie said, to be no drawn blinds, closed shutters, nor black morning. “And. fond ns T have always boon of flowers, waste none for funeral purposes. Give such to the living, especially the sick, the poor, the aged, and the young children. Mi- Hill, an auctioneer and estate agent, left £43,565.
