MR JACK ACLAND NOMINATED. TEMUKA, Jan. 19. The nomination of Mr Jack Acland —the official National Party nominee—as a candidate for the Toinuka seat was received by the Registrar of Electors (Mi 1 L. W. Parrant) at Temuka to-day. The signatures to the nomination are J. J. Lysaght (Raukapuka), Raymond Oakley (Mayfield), C. W. Keeley (Hinds), E. R. Comer (Milford), Airs J. Gillies (Geraldine). P. H. Davis (Geraldine), K. Mackenzie (Geraldine), L. J. Warning (Temuka), A. J. Davey (Waitohi), Mrs S. Austin (Temuka), and J. Macaulay (Temuka).
