MORE RECRUITS SOUGHT.

It is authoritatively stated that the Admiralty, which for some time lias been compelled to refuse many men for the Royal Navy because the flow of volunteers was to great, now again requires recruits to man a largo amount of new tonnage being completed under the war programme.
