DURESS ON PORTUGAL.
AGREEMENT FOR NEW AIRLINE. (Ree. 1.15) SHANGHAI, Oct. 20. Well-informed circles stated that Japan obtained by duress Portugal’s agreement to the airline terminal at Timor, by threatening Japanese occupation of Macao. In return, Japan guaranteed the integrity of Timor, and Macao.
