GERMAN SHIPS LOST.

NORWEGIAN BOAT TORPEDOED. LONDON, October 19. The Official German NeAVs Agency states that the Norwegian steamer Vesteraalen was torpedoed near Okshord when travelling betAveen Hammerfast and Tromso. Six Norwegians are missing. It is reported from Stockholm that Avithin 48 hours two German steamers perished in Swedish Baltic waters. The 3700-ton vessel Baltenland struck a drifting mine and was steered ashore aflame, while the 1500-ton vessel Paula Faulbeam sank after hitting the bottom in a fog. The crews of both ships were rescued.
