HEAVY TOLL TAKEN.
RAILWAY WORKERS IN BRITAIN. (Roc. 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oet. 20. A statement on the details of the work of British railwnymon and women since the outbreak of the war, says that over 100 have been awarded some decoration by the King. Two hundred and eighty lives have been lost and 1500 persons have been injured by enemy action while carrying on railway duties.
