NOMINATION DECLINED. (P.A.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Brigadier A. S. Falconer, whose nomination as National candidate for Dunedin North has been ratified, has cabled that he now is unable, owing to his military duties overseas, to accept nomination at the forthcoming election. The electorate committee will call for fresh nominations.
