TO AID RUSSIA.
REPORTED BRITISH INTENTION. MILITARY ACTION EXPECTED. LONDON, August 6. Britain is excited, by persistent rumours of an imminent British move to join the fighting with Russia or to create a double front for Hitler. One American correspondent got a message away relating reports of larg.o British concentrations in the Arctic, the implication being that a landing would be made in Norway.
