VISIT TO NORTH OF SCOTLAND ACCOMPANIED by HIS BROTHER, •(Ree-. 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 5. 'Accompanied by his brother Mr W. J. Fraser, the Rt. Hon. Peter Fraser visited, a camp in the north of Scotland where he met a group of New Zealanders who have been stationed there for some time. At lunch Mr FVaser sat between two officers, S. McHardy and J. F. Swift, and later chatted With the men. freedom 6F Tain conferred. LONDON, August 5. Presenting the Prime Minister tit New Zealand (the Rt. Hon. Peter Fraser) with the Freedom of Tain, the Provost (Mr William Fraser) described him as “one of the architects and builders of the Empire,” but to the people of Tain,he- still remained Peter Fraser of Fearn, a man of valiant and understanding heart. Mr Fraser, on his way to the ceremony, inspected a guard of honour from a Highland regiment and placed wreaths on the town’s war memorial,
