EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO CROPS. INCREASE IN OUTPUT URGED. (United Press Association—-Copyright.) (Rec. .9.55 a.m.) TOKIO, Aug. 4. The Minister of Agriculture (Mr Tno), after touring the flood zones in the IChiba and Ibaraki prefectures, said he was surprised at the extensive damage to crops. Mr Ino said that soldiers were undergoing greater hardships at the front.
