The service was arranged by the Ministers’ Association. The ministers present were: Rev. Messrs iG. Miller, J. D. McArthur, B. Jarvis, F. Oldnfeve, W. C. Blair, and Adjutant E. L. Wain. His Worship the Mayor (Mr R. Galbraith) and members of the Borough Council were also present. The address was given by the Rev. W. Blair, who dealt in a comprehensive manner with the events of the two years of war. Appropriate hymns were sung. ; • -I
