MEAT PRICE ORDER.
BUtCHERS TO MEET fRIBUNAL.. (P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 4.“ A large and fully-represeUtative conference of master butchers from all parts of the Dominion was held in Wellington to-day, when a representative of tlie Price Tribunal attended and explained the meat .price order. The conference, which was held in committee, continued until' late this evening, and will be continued to-morrow to prepare .a case for presentation to the Price Tribunal. Arrangements haYo also been made for a deputation . to wait upon the Price Tribunal at 11 a.m. on Wednesday. It is understood that master but-' cliers are not at all satisfied with the price order. Many of the difficulties that the order presents will be gone into to-mpirow, a fid will bo placed before the Price. Tribunal by the deputation.
