LULL IN THE FIGHTING.
TOBRUK AND FRONTIER AREA. (Roe. 10.30 a. m.) LONDON , Aug. 3. A lull in the fighting in Libya is indicated in a short communique from, British headquarters at Cairo. It states that all is quiet about Tobruk and in the frontier area. British Official Wifeless.
