FRUIT AND PRODUCE. THE ASHBURTON MARKET. ' Prices at the fruit and produce market at Ashburton on Friday were as follow: Cabbages—6d to 9d. Chaff—4s 6d and 5s a sack. Potatoes— per lb, 5s and 5s 6d per sugar-bag. Wheat—lßs, 20s to 22s a sack. Onions—-2ilb or 7/6 sugar-bag. Marrows—ls to Is 6d each. Honey—9d to Is lb. Apples—6s 6d to 11s 6d a case.
