BRITAIN IN ATLANTIC BATTLE. African patrol a factor. (United Press Association-—Copyright.) (Ree. 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 31. According td a report, to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee by Senator George the American naval patrol to Iceland is apparently assisting Britain to such an extent that she is gradually gaining the upper hand in the Battle of the Atlantic.
