GERMANY AND RUSSIA.
COMPLETE MILITARY ALLIANCE.
NEGOTIATIONS REPORTED.
LONDON, May 21
The “Daily Express” says it is believed that Russia and Germany are beginning negotiations for a complete military alliance. It is reported that M. Stalin desires this as a means of staving off the threat to Soviet interests which is envisaged in the German conquest of Europe. The “Daily Mail” agrees that Russia and Germany are negotiating for a full alliance and adds that on the outcome of the preliminary discussions depends the possibility of Herr Hitler and M. Stalin meeting.
Herr Hitler’s plan for world domination includes peaceful penetration of Russia by political pressure.
