NATIONAL CABINET.
PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT ACTION. (P.A.) AVELLINGTON, Alay 20. On tho ground that it was a political question to which the Chamber as a non-political body could not give consideration, the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, to-night decided to take no action concerning an intimation that the People’s Alovcment intended to form a deputation to wait on the Hon. W. Nash and Mr S. G. Holland, to urge the formation of a National Government, the postponement of the elections and the cessation of party strife. A letter from the Dominion chairman of the movement, Air Crisp (Auckland) invited the Wellington Chamber to be represented on tho deputation.
