TRANSPORTS LEAVE GIBRALTAR ESCORTED BY STRONG FORCE (Rec. 10.10) ‘ ROME, April 2. The Madrid oorrespondent of the Stefani News Agency states that a big of British warships was observed at Gibraltar. Two large transports, loaded Avith material, and two troop-carriers, left Gibraltar, escorted by cruisers, four destroyers, two submarines, and llie air-craft-carrier Ark Royal, with planes on her deck ready io take off. Battleships and two auxiliary cruisers entered the port and anchored.
