LIVERPOOL STATE COLLIERY.
TROUBLE OVER DELAY TO TRAIN
(P.A.) GREYMOUTH, This Day. The Liverpool State Mine was idle to-day as a protest by the men against alleged ‘ delay in the despatch of the train taking wet time men to Greymouth from Dunollie. The train is a coal train, with coaches attached as concession, and runs to no set timetable. About 30 men are affected by any delay.
