Responsible American business men say that Germany is obtaining United States war materials, mostly metals, by Pacific transhipments through Japan and Siberia. Shipments are arranged by Nazi commercial agents in Mexico who. act as “fences.” The materials are believed to include tungsten smuggled from the United States. • i
