The:Council of Ministers drafted appropriations for the fiscal year 194142, totalling 39,876,000,000 lire, with a deficit of 8,794,000,000. It also approvSd the Budget for the last fiscal year with a deficit of 28,038,000 lire, mostly due to war expenses.
