Evidence produced by Switzerland to support allegations that Basle and Zurich have been bombed by the Royal Air Eorce is not regarded as satisfactory o)i' conclusive in Britain'. If Switzerland! desires to' produce further evidence in support of these allegations, British authorities will, of course, be ready and willing to consider it.
It is understood that, the matter was discussed between the Foreign Secretary (Mr R. A. Eden) and the Swiss Minister in a recent interview and that the British Minister at Berm© received instructions to this effect. —'British Official. Wireless.
