THE BREAKING-UP CEREMONY.
CERTIFICATES PRESENTED. The break-up of the St. Andrew’s Life Boy team Avas held in St. Andrew’s Hall last evening. Parents Avere entertained by a display of gymnastics and certificates Aver© presented. For the first award boys must obtain at least one seal in Sunday S'cliool; physical, educational and social activities. For the final (third) award at least 14 seals must be obtained. lan Dallison, Avith 28 seals, obtained the highest number amd Ron Coldicott Avas second Avith 27. Awards avqvo Avon as follow: .

Third aAvards (final): —lan Drummond (Tasman), James Morrow (Wolfe), Colin Ibell (Wolfe), Bruce Graham (Wolfe), Eric Welsh (Lionheart), Gerald Dallison (Tasman), Lawrence Cross '(Tasman), Gordon Dglloav (Tasman), Nigel Watson (Tasman), Duncan Menzies (Tasman), Ron 'Coldicott (Nelson), Ellis Buchanan (Nelson),’Allan McKenzie (Nelson). The .John Williams Cup was Avon by the Tasman Group and the neatness seal by the Nelson Group. lan Drummond and Gerald Dallison, group leaders, received the cup. A party of the boys travelled to Christchurch on Saturday and held a picnic on the Cashmere Hills.
