CENTENNIAL APPEAL.
MiETHODIST CHURCH MOVEMENT
VISIT OF THE PRESIDENT. The Rev. L. B. Neale (President of the Methodist Conference of New Zealand), who is visiting the South Canterbury Synod district in connection with the Methodist Centennial appeal, conducted an inspirational meeting m the Willowby Church last _ evening. The Rev. W. W. Avery presided. The Rev. D. 0. Williams, of Dunedin, led intercession. The congregation suno- hymns and the ' choir sang the choral hymn for airmen. Mr Neale spoke on the need of personal consecration and witness. The congregation was large, including numbers from Ealing, Hinds and Lowcliffe. . Mr Neale visited throughout the circuit to-day and will continue to-morrow in the interests of the Methodist forward movement.
