NAZIS CLAIM ATTACK ON PORT. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, December 1. Royal Air Force fighters several times dispersed formations of Messersehmitts that were attempting to raid the south-east of England this after-, noon. London had three short daylight alerts. A German communique says that the Air Force last night undertook a largescale attack against a vital port, on the Channel coast.
