MILK RATIONING.
IN BRITAIN DURING WINTER.
ORDINARY HOUSEHOLDERS SHORT.
(United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 28. The Ministry of Food announced that milk will be rationed to ordinary householders during the winter shortage. Full supplies will be maintained for hospitals, mothers, children and schools.
