SMALL FARMS BILL.
TO BE PROCEEDED WITH (Per Press Association). . WELLINGTON, This Day. At the conclusion of the Government Party Caucus, at which - the legislative programme for the session was discussed, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser announced that the Government proposes to proceed with the Small Farms Bill when the session is resumed this afternoon. Mr Fraser also stated that another Finance Bill is to be introduced. It may provide for extension of the Army pension system to members of the Homo Guard.
