BORDER INCIDENT.
THAILAND AND INDO-CHINA. THE CRISIS DEVELOPING. (United Press Association— Copyright.) LONDON, November 25. A Bangkok message says that the Thai police have issued an order prohibiting publication of the activities of the armed forces, especially in the border regions, in view of the “increasing seriousness” of the present crisis. From Shanghai it is reported that the Hanoi correspondent of the Havas News Agency says it is officially announced that a border incident occurred on the Thai frontier on Saturday night. Thai troops attempted to cross a border creek near Popet. The Siamese retreated after a few shots had been exchanged.
