SAPPERS.AND AIRMEN.

LONDON, November 25. New Zealand troops form part of the British forces that have been sent to ' Greece. They include sappers and airmen. During the whole voyage the troops saw ’neither a hostile aeroplane nor ship. According to the Athens correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph,” warships landed a number of English and New Zealand airmen in a Greek harbour. The Athens correspondent of the “New York Times” states that vui ships landed the first contingent of British troops at a Greek port. They received a tremendous ovation, kilted Highlanders particularly.

Commenting on this message last evening, the Director of Publicity (Mr J. T.
