THE GERMAN ACCOUNT BOMBS IN OPEN COUNTRY (Received This Day, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, November 24. A German- communique says that British planes in considerable numbers flew over Reich territory. They failed to reach their objectives and dropped bombs in open country, houses being hit in one locality. Several persons were -wounded.
