RAID ON BRINDISI
MILITARY OBJECTIVES. BOMBS START TWO FIRES. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.25 p.m.) CAIRO, November 7. A communique states: ‘‘The Royal Air Force heavily raided military objectives at Brindisi, attacking the naval dockyard a destroyer and the submarine pens, main ra.il junction and a rail siding. Many bombs burst on the target area. A- fire started between the naval dockyard and the, rail terminus continued to burn steadily. Bombs exploding, in the dockyard area set lire to a building beside the railway.
