Frank McHugh lias played in five different navy pictures, more than any other actor in Hollywood. Frank’s roles were in ‘Son of a Sailor,” “Here Conies the Navy,” “Devil Dogs of the Air,” “Submarine D-l,’’ and “Wings of the Now.”
Revealing the' evil influence and power of vigilante groups who continued to exist after the need for them had passed, “Legion of the Lawless,” an R.K.O. Radio western film offering stars George O’Brien with beautiful Virginia Vale as his loading lady.
Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, whose long association with Shirley Ton)pie’s pictures has made him almost a “must” in her productions, dances with the Number One star again in her latest 20th Century-Fox bit, “Just Around the Corner.”
Mr P. Maddoek of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer advises that liis company will be releasing the- British-made production “Gestapo,” a timely drama of Nazi terrorism. The east includes Margaret Lockwood, Rex Harrison, Kenneth Kent, Paul von Henried (Mr Chips’ schoolmaster friend in “Goodbye Mr Chips”).
