AUSTRALIAN’S TRIBUTE. (Received This Day 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, November 6. The publishing firm of ’Gollancz is publishing “Fighter Squadrons,” a history of the Royal Air Force advanced striking force in France, by an Australian journalist, Noel Monks. It has a memoriam to “Cobber” Kain, which says: “His courage and fighting heart were at Britain’s service. His friendship was mine.!’
