ACTIVITY AMONG PATROLS.
(Received This Day, 11.3 a.m.) LONDON, November G. L A Cairo communique states: “In Egypt yesterday enemy patrols southeast of Sidi Barrani were successfully engaged bj our artillery and forced to withdraw. • In the Sudan our mechanised patrols have again been active in the Oassala -sector, where casualties were inflicted on a party of .the enemy, who hastily withdrew without returning our fire. There is nothing of importance to report in Kenya or Palestine.” —British Official Wireless.
