SOUTHERN COMMAND.
VISITS BY GENERAL RUSSELL. (Per Press Association;. WELLINGTON, This Day. Major-General Sir Andrew' Russell, Inspector-General of the Forces, will leave Wellington to-morrow for Christchurch to commence a visit to units of the Southern Command, mainly those of Class 2 of the National Reserve. He will visit the principal South Island centres, returning to Wellington on November 20.
