MORE WIDESPREAD RAIDS.
(Received This Day, 11.10 a.an.) LONDON, October 29
“German shipyards were the main objectives of our bomber forces ; ..last night,” states the Air Ministry communique. ' ’
“Heavy and successful attacks were made on Kiel, Wilhelmshaven, Bremen, Hamburg, Emdeh and Cuxhaven. Shipping at Boulogne harbour was also attacked and fires were started at the oil plants at Hamburg and Cologne.
“Other strong forces of our aircraft bombed the railway centres at Krofeld, Cologne, Coblenz and Mannheim, ' 19 aerodromes in Germany and occupied teritories and numerous anti-aircraft batteries. One of our aircraft is missing.”
