ELECTION OF MEMBER OF CANTERBURY LAND BOARD. r I, NORMAN CHARLES KENSINGTON, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Canterbury Land Board, do hereby notify in accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated for the vacancy occurring on the said Board was William Alexander Mackintosh, Esquire, of “Woodburn,” Fairlie. I do, therefore, declare that the said William Alexander Mackintosh is duly elected a member of the Canterbury Land Board as from the 9th day of December, 1940.
