MR KENNEDY TO RESIGN. WASHINGTON, October 14. The Secretary of State (Mr Cbrdell Hull) indicated that the United States Ambassador to Britain (Mr J. P'. Kennedy) intends returning home. An unconfirmed report states that ho is resigning the Ambassadorship.
