While every care is exercised in regard to the insertion and classification of advertisements, the Proprietors do not hold themeslves responsible for errors or non-insertion through accident or from other causes, and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, 'even though such advertisements may have received and paid for in the usual course of business. We cannot be held responsible for errors in Advertisements transmitted by telephone.

ALTERATIONS of CONTRACT Advertisements must be lodged not later than g P.M. on the day PRECEDING that on which the first insertion is required. SUBSCRIPTION RATES. Town and Suburban Subscribers whose delivery of the “Guardian” is unsatisfactory are particularly requested to communicate DIRECT with the Chief Runner (-Mr G. D. Calder) instead of complaining to the runner boys. This course ensures first-hand knowledge of irregularities and prompt attention.
