ALTERATIONS of CONTRACT Advertisements must be lodged not later than g P.M. on the day PRECEDING that on which the first insertion is required. SUBSCRIPTION RATES. Town and Suburban Subscribers whose delivery of the “Guardian” is unsatisfactory are particularly requested to communicate DIRECT with the Chief Runner (-Mr G. D. Calder) instead of complaining to the runner boys. This course ensures first-hand knowledge of irregularities and prompt attention.
