German propagandists are always emphasising the cordial relations which exist between Germany and occupied countries, but Dr. Goebbels, in an interview with Belgian journalists, admitted that prejudices did exist against the new order in Europe. There was an ominous ring in bis voice when lie declared: "These countries will he induced to co-operate voluntarily.” The "Popolo d’ltalia” also learns that many Frenchmen have an incurable affection for England. Many Frenchmen are now finding out that any co-operation with Germany is at their own expense.
