RUMANIA’S POLICY.

ANTI-JEWISH CAMPAIGN. INTENTION OF THE AXIS. (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) BUCHAREST, July 31. The Foreign Minister (M. Manoilescu) declared: “The Government was convinced that perfect racial homogeneity is not attainable. Rumanians cannot feel themselves master in their own homo without a categorical, decisive solution of the Jewish problem, to which wc are determined to apply serious, well-considered measures. We obtained from Berlin and Rome the clearest possible picture of a system in which Rumania will organise her own economy with her own capital workers and technicians. The Axis Powers have no other intention than to become our best customers and most valuable suppliers. Rumanians know how to how before the demands of peace, but when certain limits are overstepped they know how to take another road. The Minister of the Interior announced that all Rumanian Jews employed by the Government will be dismissed. Those employed in the capital are now being discharged.
