NAZI TORPEDO-BOATS.
COUNTER-MEASURES FOUND. (Received This Dav, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. There is reason to believe that the Admiralty has found counter-measures against German motor » torpedo-boats, which have been raiding convoys, earning the title of “Night Hawks.” The results are already disappointing to the Germans, and are likely to be much more disappointing in the near future.
